Product Information and Pricing

tryitems Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, tryitems Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; tryitems Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by tryitems Store. tryitems Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before order dispatch or pickup unless tryitems Store agrees otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. Intellectual Property

All content on tryitems Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "tryitems Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of tryitems Store and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tryitems Store content without our express written permission. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tryitems Store's services shall first be submitted to tryitems Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

tryitems Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If material changes are made to these Terms, tryitems Store will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
